JUSTPADEL RETURN POLICY

Within how many days can I return my order?
Your order can be returned within the legal 14 days reflection period after delivery. The conditions for this are that the products are returned unused, undamaged and provided with the plastic. Please keep the proof of return until we have processed the return. If these conditions cannot be met, justpadel.nl reserves the right to charge a value reduction of up to 100% of the purchase amount. Of course, this is not our goal, so let's just stick to the terms. Within what period will my return be processed?
As soon as we have received your return shipment, we will send you a confirmation email. The processing then takes a maximum of 7 days. We will also keep you informed during this process by e-mail. If everything is approved, you will receive the money back to your account after confirmation.

How can I report my return?
You can report your return by completing the return form and adding it to your return shipment. In addition, we ask you to send an email in which you describe which order number it concerns and which product you want to return.

Can I exchange products from my order?
Unfortunately it is not possible to exchange a product. Do you still want to order another product? Then you can place a new order yourself.

What conditions are attached to returning my order?

  • Returns are only possible within the statutory 14-day return policy.

  • Both the costs and the risk of shipping are for your own account.

  • Justpadel.nl only accepts returns if they are unused, undamaged and provided with plastic.

  • If no Track & Trace is linked to the return shipment, we cannot investigate a missing return shipment. So keep this in mind.

What is the return address and what are the costs?
Returns must be sent at your own expense, so depending on the shipping method and the weight of the package, the costs will differ. You can return your package to:

How do I return a product?

To return your product you have to go through a number of steps. You can do this via PostNL, for example. Here are the steps you have to go through:

1. Create a shipping label via PostNL.

2. Select the correct package size.

3. Choose a standard or registered package.

4. Fill in our details.

5. Save & pay the shipping costs.

6. Stick the shipping label on the package and hand it in at a PostNL location.

7. Receive your money back into your account as soon as the shipment is back with us and we have checked it. Your shipment has a Track & Trace, so you can follow this process. As soon as we receive the package, it is checked and processed within 24 hours.
