Warranty & Complaints
We do our utmost to deliver the products in top condition. However, several things can happen, such as that the order breaks during shipment, so that you can claim under warranty. Based on European law, we are liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within a period of two years after delivery of the goods. In this case, the complaint must be reported to us within two months after discovery. In the event of damage to a padel racket caused by use, this is covered by the warranty in some cases. If we are contacted in time, we will ensure proper handling such as a replacement.
It is of course possible that something does not go as you expected, which causes you to have a complaint. First of all, report this complaint via email: email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org. If this does not lead to a solution, you have the option of registering the dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur, which can be done via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil . From 15 February 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr . If your complaint is not yet being processed elsewhere, you are free to deposit your complaint via the platform of the European Union.
